CalOnlineCE.com maintains a record of all topics completed by our students. As long as a student's 4 year period has not expired, students are able to access their account. Course data are stored on CalOnlineCE's secure servers. You will have access to study material for up to 4 years starting from the day your payment was received. Students found to have engaged in misrepresentation of their identity will be promptly reported to the DRE. Only students enrolled in our correspondence course can receive a certificate for the course. For course related questions, our instructors are available to answer any questions via email (hello@calonlinece.com) as well. We will make an effort to respond to questions within a reasonable time period on regular business hours (Monday thru Friday).
After paying and creating an account, students are able to login to our platform and download books in order to start studying. The DRE stipulates that students have to wait 4 days after signing up in order to take their first exam. Only a maximium of 15 credit hours may be accumulated in a day. After 15 credit hours, students must wait 24 hours before taking any other exams. All exams are open book. Students have 35 minutes to complete a 3 hour topic. Students may retake a failed exam only once. If a student fails the retake exam, they must wait a couple hours before been allowed to retake the exam. For example, if a student fails a 3 hour ethics final exam, the student will have to wait 3 hours.
Security is very important to us. We do not store any credit card information on our server. Payment information is handled through Stripe. Stripe is a world renowned secure payment platform with million of users worldwide.
Our platform was designed according to the guidelines set-forth by the DRE. In order to protect the integrity of the exam, we are not allowed to disclose answers to exam questions.
We will provide a full refund within 7 days of receiving payment. There will be a 10% processing fee, if a refund is requested 7 days after making a payment (provided that student did not take an exam).
Students are able to receive a certificate as soon as an exam is passed. Simply click on the print certificate button to download your certificate. Our system will also email students a PDF copy.
